The Indiana Leadership Academy is a remarkable opportunity for Chapter Officers from across the state to come together and enhance their leadership and teamwork skills. The Leadership Academy track features interactive workshops that help new officers learn more about HOSA and how to effectively run a chapter. They also will spend time doing interactive activities with other chapter officers as well as team building activities with their chapter's officer team. ILA is a special event that takes place during FLC and is hosted by the Indiana President and President-Elect. We look forward to seeing all our chapter officers there!
